Thank you for providing first hand knowledge about the cadets. If all of the 12-14 year olds are spanked, I wouldn’t be surprised if more than half of the 15-17 year olds got spanked.

Spankings are not as common as when we were teenagers, but I suspect they are more common than people think. I occasionally go to a local bar at which there are many young twenty-somethings. They are remarkably well-mannered and respectful, and I say to myself, I bet they were spanked as kids when needed.
