 The mothers approach to the spanking was totally inappropriate for a a few reasons.

1. She was spanking in anger
2. She was berating her son
3. She pulled his hair
4. She was yelling and cursing

None of that is OK!

As for the spanking itself..well I was never spanked with a belt, so I may be off base with this. However, I know there are guys on here who have gotten, and maybe still get, that many or more spanks with a belt on the bare bottom. So perhaps 22 or 23 (I counted 23) spanks through pants, which may be the equivalent of 12 or 13 on the bare, may not be too bad?

But overall this is a bad situation for the family. The sibling who videoed this cost his mother her job and her kids, and no doubt has caused embarrassment for the family to say the least.
