The police and prosecutors and judges get it wrong all the time. There are lots of cases reversed that show that. With and without video I think.

I only clicked this link and watched video and read what was on the page. I didn't see anything that told me why the brother posted it. I def didn't think he was trying to protect his brother. Where did you get that?

Did he send the video to police? If he did I don't think it would be on the internet. I think he posted cuz he thought it was funny.

I will take my parents over you any day.
