Dude, that sounds rough. It's like, why can't they just understand that ADHD makes it hard for you to chill? Spanking you in front of everyone, especially on Christmas Eve, that's just harsh.

I get that family gatherings can be tough, but it's not fair to punish you like that in front of your cousins. It's gotta be super embarrassing, and it doesn't really teach you anything, does it?

And the diapering thing too must really suck. It's good that your cousins aren't teasing you about it, but still, it's like, why the extra step? It's not like you're a baby or anything.
