I'm an old man now, so what happened in my childhood isn't really relevant. I can tell you that my sons and most of their friends got spanked throughout the 90s, and that my grandsons get spanked now. However, I always work with a lot of teenage boys over the last 4 or 5 years, and you'd be surprised how many of them admit to getting spanked or whipped at home and paddled in school.
