For what it's worth, I think you are getting a raw deal. Just how old is your "cousin"? Can't be much older than you can he? He shouldn't have such authority over you unless your parents told you he did and warned you he had spanking privileges. Also, a bad bare-bottom spanking for just making a mess is over the top anyway as long as you cleaned it up right away after being told and didn't give him any lip. How much longer are you under his thumb? He's a bully.
