My 16-yr old brother who was spanked this morning received another spanking this afternoon. He was supposed to be home no later than 3 pm and came home at 4:30pm. Dad asked him why he was later and why he did not call. He just blew up at dad and dad grabbed hold of him yanked his pants and boxers down and over his knee. He grabbed his Lexan and blistered his bare bottom and sent him straight to bed without dinner.
