She said a few months ago that she wouldn't spank me just for grades any more, because it's for me now to be responsible for my own future.

But she still threatens me with it plenty.

And she still really means it and it still happens sometimes. Which is embarrassing because almost everyone else my age is way too big to go over their Mum's knee for a spanking!
