We have been in a very cold snap for the last week and even next week, the high temps will be in the low to mid 20's through next weekend. It is still snowing, but looks like it is letting up some so I am thinking about heading out in a an hour or so to begin the clean up befofre the sleet and freezing rain arrives. No snow blower or kids (yet) for me, so shovel by hand it will be. My Dad does have a snow blower which is a nice luxury that my brother and I liked a few years agao when we had to move snow from the driveway. We used both the snow blower and the the shovel those times. Ground hog day is a couple of weeks away and I am hoping he predicts an early spring. However I think that is highly unlikely (or believeable). [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
