Me and Josh once disappeared for an hour and mum was frantic worrying about us. We were 12 at the time and didn’t ask mum for permission to play in our mates house. Had we asked she would have let us. She eventually knocked and asked our mates’ dad if we were there. He told her we were and apologised to her, he assumed we had asked for permission. She said “It’s not your fault - they are 100% t blame. They are going to get their bare bottoms smacked hard.” When we came downstairs we knew she was going to smack us. Our mates dad told his lads they would get smacked if they did something similar as well. He also said to our horror that she could smack us in front of his lads as well. She agreed and told us to drop our pants which we nervously did. Josh got smacked first and he was in a flood of tears after it then she smacked me. We were then told to go home and were grounded for the night and had to spend the night in our bedroom in our pyjamas. We never repeated it because she said she would slipper us if we did.
