Hey Corey! In most countries, including where Tim and Louis are from, it's not really allowed to go around anywhere you like naked in public.

There are specific naked beaches and some nearby naked-allowed places. Restaurants maybe but not very many?

Most places in Europe and USA and Canada and actually most other places don't really encourage nudity. Except for some beaches and some places where everyone else is OK with it too.

Louis is very patient with Tim to have endured all this! On the other hand, Tim is big enough to spank Louis, and has spanked him before :D
