It is great to get the update on you and Jay. Lots of good news in the update!

It sounds like your band made a big decision and I am glad that you all thought it through, discussed, and agreed on how you want to proceed with the band. When you have a whole set together I am sure it will sound good.

Good for you to start running cross-country. I am happy to hear that you enjoy running so far. I was never a long distance runner. The 90 feet between bases on the baseball field suited me just fine. Has the coach decided what distance you will be running?

Please tell Jay, I said hi and good luck with baseball.

And good job to both of you for keep the Teenage Tounge Depressor hanging in the pantry and the belt hanging in your Dad's closet. That is a much better place for them than making contact with your bare bottoms.
