Does that mean you got spanked for behavior comments a few times already? Or just parents said you gotta stop fooling around in class?

tbh you seem like the most serious hard-working student (kind of like me?) so I hope you keep on working hard and I hope your parents keep on not spanking you for grades!

My Mom kind of got obsessed with checking every single grade/effort thing on every single report I got, and using the hairbrush on me every single time I wasn't perfect.

She still plans to use the hairbrush on me now, except I'm in sixth form so grades don't really work the same way. She will probably find another way....
