The "work" you refer to is maximally minimal [oooh, I like that phrase I just made up - I'm adding it to my permanent vocabulary] - I have the blank questionnaire on my hard drive and all I have to do is cut and paste. If it takes me 30 seconds I'm dawdling. I'm relieved that you approve. I was concerned that I may be egotistically usurping your role as moderator here. I'll keep it up. If you have any questions you'd like to add, just let me know and I'll include tem.
