Thanks for the concern, but I'm not sure if a Lexan paddle would be any better. I already asked my stepdad about it, and he said he prefers the leather strap because it leaves a more "memorable" impression. He thinks it helps with discipline.

And the spanking was pretty rough. especially since everyone at swim practice noticed the marks when I changed into my speedo. no hiding anything in those things!

Anyway, I got another spanking last night for the same stuff. My stepdad is really cracking down on me and hes been dishing out more humiliating punishments. He made me sit on my sore butt and write lines for an hour after before i was even allowed to get dressed , which was almost as bad as the spanking itself.
