Uh, no it isn't. The boy is shown pulling his jeans down, so it is obvious he is getting it at least on his underpants, but the pulled down jeans are shown only from the shins down and it is not obvious that the boy's underpants come down, too . They are not shown (my opinion, but open to discussion - see screenshot below).
