I've never preferred OTK, so I use bent - over bed or table. Usually belt or wooden spoon. Boys must be completely wide before spanking begins.
Boys do not behave in the same way whole year. So I cannot say the precise frequency. Usually, in summer the spanking is more often. Older can keep lime longer, sometimes he takes also month without. Younger receive usually at least once a week. But when they arrive in bad amplitude, it might happen they receive even two beltings at the same day.
