Dear Alice, now you know that he cannot make his penis go down but you can pretend you are angry because he intentionally doesn't make it go down. Probably he doesn't know it (that he isn't able to switch it off), so you can blame him to make him feel guilty. If a boy (or a man) feels guilty he is easy to control, you can more easily make him do what you want. That's why what I recommend you: never tell him that he isn't able to make his penis limp, but insist that he does it intentionally and blame him for it and make him obey you.
