This isn’t quite the same as your situation, but my father-in-law and mother-in-law (at the suggestion of my own parents) used to spank me in front of my wife and her siblings. They spanked me like my parents spanked me: I would strip naked and bend over a couch while Dad gave me some hard licks with a paddle. Then he would give my butt and thighs a belt-whipping.
