 Well, Brian, it's nice to read that you have realized that you must be punished for your wrongdoings and that you accepted this punishment. But you haven't got a deep respect to your mother and your sister yet, so the weekly maintenance paddlings must continue and your sister should take part in them. If she has any complaint about your behaviour, she must be able to add several hits with the paddle upon your butt to make you feel deep inside that you must genuinely respect her. And the same about your mother. Looks like deep inside you are still quite belligerent since you cannot do two simple things: after every spanking you must kneel before your sister and/or your mother and thank her/them for the lesson. Now the ability to do it must be your purpose. Good luck.
