Did you simply forget to provide us with the required update, or were you aware but just tried to get away with it thinking no one would notice?
I can tell you, Mr Nick won’t be impressed!

Let’s put the ball in your court, what do you suggest might be an appropriate additional penalty?
Having to mount the table on elbows and knees, bottom poking up to the ceiling, when guests are coming to visit is one penalty that comes to mind.
