I think his punishment is just fine the way it is. About two months ago a bunch of us were playing flag football in the field on a Saturday and Brian pulled my shorts down. I am a year younger than him. He said it was an accident because he was trying to pull my flag because I had the ball. Another time another friend, Cassandra who is a year younger then me was swimming with a bunch of people and Brian tried etc pull her bathing suit bottoms down. He said he was practicing swimming and accidentally grabbed the strings. It looks like he has a lot of "accidents". I am sure there are more so I think his punishment is just fine, Today is day 2 and a few more people have spanked him and used the soap. I do have to say he is cooperating with it.
