When you get to, as you say, "spurt some boymilk during one of my spankings", depends on a few things.

You would have to had reached puberty first for your body to produce semen, your "boymilk".

And once you have reached puberty, in order for you to "spurt" DURING one of your spankings, you would have to be turned on by the spanking itself, and I would guess that the pain from the spanking would turn you off and deflate any erection you had before the spankings.

You didn't say how old you are, or if you reached puberty yet, but with you mentioning "the church men' I have to conclude that you are in a very religious community and they tend to frown on boys spurting their 'boymilk' because there is a passage in the bible against that happening.

According to the bible you are supposed to use that 'boymilk' to reproduce offspring not spill it while over someone's knees during a spanking.

I'm not saying I agree with that, but it is what it is.
