I tend to think that a punishment for misbehaving is not just a spanking, but also things leading to it, and afterwards.

It's good to be consistent and follow the script so children in your care will know what to expect when they misbehave.

You have to consider the place first, are you going to discipline them in their rooms or the living room, and if you will allow them to witness each other punishments. Next, are you going to undress them for the spanking? Will they be allowed to keep their underwear up, or will you spank them naked? It all depends on your feelings towards nudity, and I suppose their embarrassment. How harsh will the spanking be, what implements are going to be used, how will you restrain their movements, and what position will they have to assume.

There are many questions that needs to be answered beforehand, if you want I could tell you how I'd spank them based on my own children and experience, and what you can expect to happened during their punishments.
