Perhaps I'll go for a spin, he thought and smiled. Tucking his wings tightly to his side, he began to trot. Gradually increasing speed, he soon reached a gallop. Suddenly, his wings flared out and he launched himself from the ground. Legs still kicking beneath him, he moved through the air with solid strokes of his powerful wings.
