When my mom remarried, it was to a man who believed in discipline, and he not only disciplined my mom, but took over mine as well. So it went from her hand and a hair brush to his bigger hands and usually a leather strap. I am 22 now, and engaged to a man who, in discussions with my stepdad, disciplines me weekly as part of prepping for a domestic discipline relationship.
