I grew up in the 80's. Family members (of authority or babysitters) were given full spanking authority on myself and my brother and sister. Plus all the moms in our church had full spanking authority. My mom gave them 1 restriction, every spanking had to be bare bottom. When my cousin came to live with us as she was studying to get a degree my mother gave her full authority as well. One day i was acting up and my mother spanked me in front of her and then told her to give me one. I think from age 4 to age 16 i was spanked by over 30 people that were not part of my family and every hit was bare bottom.
