In the community where I live, girls are not allowed to masturbate.
If a girl do it, it means a disciplinary session. Girl's bare bottom and a leather belt in her mother's hand.
Girls 14+ are allowed to masturbate only once a week, on Sunday evening, in the bathroom, but their mothers must be present and control them all the time. Girls must wear panties, masturbate using fingers only, and only one cum is allowed.
