I didn't have any spanking bets with cousins but my best friend Andy and I did do it. We would play games or have contests where the winner got to spank the loser. The spankings were always hard and bare bottom sometimes even using a paddle or belt. One time we even used a switch off their weeping willow tree. The spankings would be every bit as hard as the ones we got from our parents.

Some of the times we did it, we just had a contest to see who's butt would be the reddest. The last time we did that was shortly before they moved to Germany for three years. I was fifteen and he was fourteen. We had the house to ourselves because my brother was with his friends that night, and my parents and sister were all up at Andy's parents house. We had been playing games where the winner spanked the loser and I made a comment about how red his butt was. So he got the idea for us to forget the game and we'd take turns whipping each other's butt with a belt to see who's butt was the reddest. We both stripped from the waist down and would each bend over the dresser and give the other ten hard licks. Then we'd compare. He asked if I had film in my polaroid camera which I didn't. He said, it was too bad because we could have taken pictures to compare. Probably just as well that we didn't because that would have been, well illegal. Fortunately neither of us got in any trouble for the next week or so after our spanking contest because trying to explain why my butt was black and blue would have been pretty embarrassing. By the way, depending on how you look at it, I either won or lost the contest because I had the reddest butt.

They moved back after three years and he and I resumed our friendship but we found we had outgrown our spanking games.
