Sweetie, that would have to be a yes from me. I've had spankings in public restrooms on a few occasions. I was getting spanked in a stall and there were women and children outside the stall who could hear every swat and me crying. There was also a time we went to visit Daddy's brother and his family who live in a different state. They lived in a nice three bedroom house. I complained about not wanting to share the bed and Daddy said, "Baby Girl its just for a couple of nights and you'll be fine. Now move over and let your little brother lay down." I wasn't satisfied and once Daddy left the room, I started trying to push him out again. Troy called for Daddy and he came back in the room again. He was trying to be patient but was losing it at that point. He told me to let him lay down and go to sleep. I popped off why don't you make him sleep on the couch?" Daddy gave me an attention getter swat on my panties and told me if I didn't knock it off right now, I'd get a real spanking. Unfortunately for me, his warning didn't take. I lay on the bed sulking. I Troy had no sooner gotten in the bed and under the covers then I turned sideways and using both legs kicked him straight out of the bed and into the floor where he landed with a big thud. He must have hurt himself when he fell because he got up crying and ran out of the bedroom. A moment later, Daddy came back in the bedroom and said, "Sonya Marie come with me right now." then he took me by the hand and led me to The guest room he and Momma would be sleeping in. After closing the door he sat me on the bed scolded me. He had me crying long before he finished scolding me. but then sat down on the bed beside me, Pulled me across his lap then lifted my nightshirt and pulled my panties down then proceeded to give my bare little butt a dozen good smacks. When he finished spanking me I was bawling loud enough for the whole house to hear. Then he pulled my panties back up and sat me up on his lap and had a long talk with me. After our talk he escorted me back to the girls' room. Faith asked, "Did Sonya get a spanking Uncle Allen?" He replied, "Yes I gave Sonya a spanking. Don't any of yall be teasing her. I don't wanna have to come in anymore tonight." He turned out the light as I crawled in the bed with my brother. I was laying in he bed sniffling a little bit and he scooted up next to me and asked if I was ok. I didn't answer and instead started to cry. He could have rubbed it in and I wouldn't have blamed him, But instead he rolled over to face me then spread his arms inviting me to cuddle up with him. I accepted his invitation and we snuggled up together and went to sleep.

So to answer your question, yes, there have been times my spankings were heard and not seen.
