Hi Gary,

I said I'd follow up and tell you about the Doghouse when Daddy finished it. He and Momma brought it this over morning. She helped him with it by painting the letters and the dogs on it and it is too cute. They wrapped it up like a Christmas present and I felt like a kid at Christmas. Instead of just five dogs it had eight. The dogs were hanging on it with all our names on it including Kayla and Jasmine. Momma had painted each one by hand making the "boy" dogs have overalls on and hair like each person's hair color. The "girl" dogs had little dresses painted in different colors and the Jazzy was so excited when she saw her dog with it's blond curls. Then she asked why there was an empty hook and asked what went there. Daddy reached into his shirt pocket and pulled out something that was wrapped up and handed it to her. When she opened it, It was a dog wearing fatigues. She yelled "DADDY!" then she hugged and kissed it and hung it on the plaque. There wasn't a dry eye in the house. Then I noticed two more hooks at the very bottom and asked what they were for. Momma pulled a small package out of her purse and handed it to me. It was a smaller plaque that matched the other with two dogs glued to it. One said "Momma and the other said "Daddy" and right above the dogs it said, "We love our Puppies"

The kids have already been taking turns putting each other in the Doghouse. Last time I looked, one of them put me in it.
