I agree. I always thought it was unfair that Little Audrey and Little Dot got spanked on their panties but they boys didn't. I had a teacher in second grade and when a girl misbehaved and was wearing a dress or skirt. She flipped their skirt up to spank them. It happened to me a couple or times. The spanking wasn't all that hard but it sure was embarrassing.

Also, Gym class in Jr. High and High School was unfair too. The girls had to wear those stupid Gym Uniforms while the boys got to wear shirts and shorts. If you had to get paddled When you bent over for your licks, your suit rode up really badly leaving your butt quite exposed. She gave Me and another girl three licks each in front of the class for fighting. We both had to bend over and grab our ankles. All three licks connected with bare skin and hurt like hell. Not as bad as the beating I got from the Assistant Principal which was also partially bare, but it did hurt and left a little bruise on one cheek. Fortunately when Momma spanked me at home she saw the bruise and put the hairbrush down and only slapped the unbruised cheek with her hand. After a couple of days, that bruise was pretty much gone.
