Honey that was such a sweet thing to do, covering for your friend and even taking a spanking in her place. I know you feel bad about lying and getting spanked but at the same time you saved her from getting a much worse second spanking over an accident. You were being a good friend to her. Then when you talked to your Momma you came out and told the truth and not only avoided a second spanking but you convinced her to not tell on your friend.

There's a couple of times that Ramona and I stood up for each other.

When we were eight and egged the house of a hateful neighbor across the street, we got caught and got in trouble. Momma spanked our bare butts with the hairbrush in front of the woman. Then we had to go to her house the next morning and scrub the dried egg off her brick walls. Momma let Ramona's Momma know what happened and she said, She would be giving Ramona a spanking for it too. When she came to the house. She had some errands to run and asked Momma if Ramona could stay longer. Of course Momma agreed. But then she decided she'd go ahead and spank her now instead of waiting till later. So she took a seat and made Ramona pull her shorts and panties down and spanked her bare butt in front of all of us. Then I walked up to her and told her "if she deserves a second spanking so do I" and I pulled my shorts and panties down too. She looked at my Momma and she nodded to her. So I lay across her lap and got my bare butt spanked too. She gave us both a kiss on the head and told us to behave and she'd be back later. The second spanking wasn't quite as bad as the one we got from Momma the evening before.

Then another time was in Seventh Grade English class. We were having a test and I don't know if Ramona didn't study enough or not, but she was having a hard time with it. So I let her cheat off of me. The teacher caught us and grabbed her paddle and took us both out in the hall. She got a teacher from across the hall to witness and had a talk with us about the test. She had Ramona dead to rights but wasn't sure about me. Then Ramona spoke up and said, "Sonya didn't know I was cheating off of her." and the Teacher looked at me and asked, "Is that true Sonya?" I looked at Ramona and didn't answer and the Teacher asked me again, "Is that true? Did you know she was cheating off of you or not." Ramona was looking at me shaking her head no and mouthing "NO" to me. I finally said, "I let her cheat off me ma'am." Ramona had a look of both shock and disbelief on her face that she offered me an out and I didn't take it. So the teacher informed us both we were getting an F on the test and five licks each for cheating. She made us both lean over side by side and put our hands on the wall. We both had long shirts on so she raised our shirt tails and tucked them into the waistband of our jeans. Then she checked our back pockets and started paddling us alternating between Ramona and me. All you gals out there know that girl's jeans aren't as thick as boy's jeans are and they are usually tighter in the butt. So our jeans didn't offer much protection from the paddle. By the fifth lick each we were both crying. She made us both go back to class and sit at our desks with our heads down while the other students finished the test. She gave us both a note to take home and told us if we didn't bring them back signed the next day, we'd get another paddling. As we walked home she asked how come I admitted that I let her cheat off me. She tried to keep me from getting in trouble too. I looked at her and told her. "You're my best friend and I love you." She started to cry and hugged me. We walked on home afterward so we could each face the music. We both got spanked. Her Momma spanked her with a hairbrush and when her Daddy got home, he gave her five licks with his belt. Momma spanked me with her hairbrush and then Daddy came to my room to talk to me about it. I ended up going over his knee too but he only gave me like four or five smacks on the bare butt and they weren't all that hard. They stung but it wasn't as hard as they usually were when he spanked me. But he told me the next time I did that, he'd "take a belt to me."

The next day we both turned in our slips avoiding another paddling.
