My best friend growing up was the son of my mom’s best friend and I saw him spanked a lot (and he saw me as well). In fact, both of our moms spanked U.S. until we were 12, we were out over the lap and spanked by hand on our bare bottoms. After that, we get a combination of hairbrush and hand into our teens.
We both dreaded spankings, of course, but we admitted to each other that we enjoyed watching them.
As far as witnesses, in addition to family members, both of my friend’s parents saw me spanked often and a regular babysitter as well.
