Grandmas spankings, I thought my parents could be harsh, grandma was next level. In warm weather months, when behavior got to a point where a punishment was deserved, we would be sent to cut switches from the orchard in our birthday suits, yes, completely naked. The sentence was to collect as many as told, they were then used until each disintegrated, meaning the bigger trouble you were in the more you had to cut. Because she didn’t want all little pieces on the floor in her house, the switching were given on the back patio of her house, bent as the waist with elbows and forearms on the table.
