Yes, being spanked and knowing friends would know about it or (much worse!!!) hear me getting it was terribly embarrassing.

Once I came home from school, I was also 13 back then, and two friends were with me. We had to work on a school project together.

I knew I had earned a spanking for something I had done (I forget what now lol), but I imagined my mom would deliver it after we were done with the project and my friends had left, but nope! My mom grabbed me by the arm and said "Emilia and I need to have a talk".
I immediately knew what was about to happen and I tried to resist and saying (or maybe begging) we could do it later, but a hard smack over my skirt was the end of my protestations.

I was led into another room, pulled over my mom's lap and after my panties were pulled down she started spanking me on my bare bottom by hand first and then with a hairbrush for a few minutes. At some point I was yelling and crying loudly, even if I had tried to be quiet... the hairbrush always had me bawling.

Walking out with tears in my eyes and still sniffling to my friends was very humiliating to say the least. My friends did what we all did, pretended nothing had happened, and they of course had been on the receiving end with me as a witness before, so there was silent sympathy. Still, it super awkward nonetheless.
