I remember those restrooms that always seemed to be equipped with a chair one of whose primary purposes was for spanking. Myself, siblings and cousins were no strangers to spankings in those places! You would often see an anxous child being forcibly marched to the restroom by a parent with a grim and determined look on their face! Often a mother would already have her hairbrush in her hand! But even when she did not you knew what was about to happen. It was interesting how other kids in a restaurent when seeing this would suddenly start to 'mind' and be more respectful!
