I believe all kids that have experienced spankings, are fascinated with them in some respect. Whether you actually got spanked or not, seeing someone else getting a spanking especially if they got it on the bare butt, was fascinating. It didn't matter if it was a boy or girl getting it either. When I saw another kid getting their bare butt spanked I watched with a mixture of fear, relief, amazement and sympathy.

Fear that I would be next,

Relief that it was someone else instead of me.

Amazement first of all seeing someone else's bare bottom and sometimes more, watching their reaction to the spanking, the crying, kicking, covering their bottom and watching their bottom turned red with each smack or lick.

Sympathy because I didn't like being spanked either and know how it felt to be on the receiving end. So I would feel sorry for them, even if it was someone I didn't like.

After witnessing a spanking, particularly a bare bottom one I would have it stuck in my head for a long time.
