Since all spankings in my house, and at all my friends houses began with the command, "Strip, and stand in the corner," and were given in front of whoever happened to be around, Yes, naked corner time both before and after a spanking was the norm for me and my friends growing up. Over the years I saw all of them as well as their brothers and sisters spanked nude, and they all saw me. It was not such a big deal though because we all swam naked down in the swimming hole in the creek in the back of my best friend's family's farm, and most times at least one, and often several of us had backsides that ranged from pinker than usual to tomato red, or even purplish.
