The first memory of a spanking I got was from my biological mom when I was aged 5. She died when I was 6. I was in my bedroom which I shared with my brother Andy. We were on the floor playing, despite our Mom telling us a couple of times to put our toys away and get into bed. Anyway she lost patience with us and sitting down on the bottom bunk - we had bunk beds - put each of us, one at a time, over her knee, pulled down our pajama bottoms and spanked our bare butts! I think we got about a dozen or so slaps each and whilst they stung plenty, and got a vocal reaction and some tears, it was as spankings go a mild one. Certainly in comparison to the spankings we would, in the years to come, get from my stepmom Carrie! Afterwards she gave us a hug and kiss and told us in future to do what we are told. Our bottoms stung and smarted for a little while but soon any discomfort had pretty much disappeared! The following morning Mom inspected our bottoms and announced jokingly that we "would live!" I noticed that only the faintest traces of the previous night's spanking could be seen on Andy's backside.

Nevertheless, it was the first spanking I remembered ever getting as opposed to the odd swat or two on my bottom that I had got up to then!
