I understand what you mean and how your nephew felt because I was spanked quite a few times by stepsis in front of her friend with a full show of frontal nudity while she lectured me before the spanking as she usually did.
It was mortifying standing there fully nude with her friend looking just a few feet away. If I tried to cover my front with my hand she would slap it away.
The last time she spanked me like that in front of her friend was when I was 13 and just starting puberty. I begged her not to spank me in front of her friend but she wouldn't listen.

Was your nephew developed and had pubic hair when you watched him get spanked and put on show afterwards?
Did he protest at being spanked naked in front of you?
