I'm assuming it was somewhere between seven and ten years old. I have no way of finding out because he passed four years ago. Yes, my dad did take a belt to me three times. Twice over the seat of my pants just three or four licks and one time bare. The time he did it bare he was going to whip my brother and me together I was nine and my brother was twelve. He came to our room and took off his belt and snapped it. Then made us both get up, drop our pants and underwear and then lean over with our hands on the dresser. I remember him telling me if I moved he'd knock my teeth out (empty threat) It was my first ever whipping with a belt bare and I was scared. He started with me first and I was screaming at the top of my lungs with each lick. After the third. My brother pulled his pants back up and took off running. Dad yelled at him to come back and told me to stay where I was. I stood there crying with my hands still on the dresser as dad took off after Paul. He chased him down out in the yard and caught him just under our bedroom window. With my pants still around my ankles I shuffled over to the window to watch. He gave him about a half dozen licks and then took him by the arm and whipped him all the way back inside. I put my hands back on the dresser and watched as dad dragged him down the hall still whipping him. Then when they got to the bedroom. Dad made him drop his pants and underwear again, and put his hands on the dresser and wore his red bottom out. My brother was screaming more than I did. I don't know I think he gave him about twenty licks and then let us both pull our pants up and told us to stay in our rooms till he tells us we can come out. I'd probably still be in there today if he hadn't have let us come out for dinner. I lucked out because I ended up only getting three licks all bare and they hurt like hell, but I would guess between what he got outside, then walking back to the bedroom and then having to pull his pants down and giving him an additional twenty bare, my brother probably got at least fourty licks.
