I have always wondered about that possibility but did not have the guts to ever bring it up with mom or dad. What triggers the possibility in my mind was coming home from college my freshman Christmas break and took my baby sister Katy then 8 who I adored to her favorite ice cream shop.

We chatted about many things when she brought up that she seen dad come out of the shower and he had a red bottom. In her 8 year old mind she added that she hoped he wasn't hurt. I instantly associated his bottom with having been spanked, but for then I just told sis maybe he took a spill off a ladder hanging Christmas lights and I was sure he was fine.

I often thought of raising the question with Katy, but decided to approach the subject only if she brings it up.
