Just once, when I was 12. My cousin, who was a junior in high school, had been babysitting for me on occasion since I was 10 and I had a crush on her for most of that time. She had been given permission to spank me for misbehavior after sitting for me for a year — announced in front of me, by the way, as well as with detailed instructions on how to administer it, a major blushing moment.
Anyway, by the time I was 12 I was fantasizing about her spanking me. She had never given me one because I had never given her cause. Until one Saturday night when my hormones got the better of me. I was a brat from five minutes after my parents laugh, pushing her buttons despite several warnings. Finally, she had enough, shortly before my bedtime. She announced I was getting a spanking and sat down on the couch, grasping my wrist simultaneously and pulling me in front of her. Her hands immediately went to my pajama pants, and I quickly found myself bare bottomed over her lap. After about two minutes, I realized I had made a mistake, as her hand brought my bottom to a bright red. I had assumed that since she could only use her hand and since she was a petite little thing, that she couldn’t do real damage. Boy, was I wrong! Before she stopped she had me bawling my eyes out, pleading for mercy.

Suffice it to say I never purposely a sought a spanking again, from her or anyone else.
