Hogwarts also had girls!

My school did NOT resemble Hogwarts in any way other than it was a boarding school. A lot of the boys, (I dare say that most of the boys) didn't even have siblings who went to school with us.

Several, might have a sister or two who went to the girl's school, a few like Cox, Tolkien, and Griffith were there because someone other than their family was paying for it.

In Tolkien's case, for sure, he had siblings who didn't go to school with us. The others, I just don't know.

But the Weasleys?

Okay, so a middle class family with (I can't even remember) how many kids, somehow paying for them ALL to go to an expensive private school.... just saying that out loud, I feel dirty.

Also, the boys whom I was going to school with, they are not from the kind of families who breed quite like how evangelical conservatives breed.

EC's probably just don't have anything else to occupy their time with, other than making babies they can't afford and reading the Bible. (And they certainly don't strike me as the kind of people who actually read their Bible much.)

As I said, fewer than half of my personal dorm-mates had siblings on campus. (One who's parent was a teacher, anyway) that's impressive when you consider that my dorm, in the first semester, that was the dorm where they actually stuck those kind of boys. (The ones with relatives, and likely the most familiarity with the school)

That's why I was in there. I had an Older-Brother already enrolled there. In fact, mine was likely the largest family, given that I had 3 broth...

Wait! Abnormally large family, older brother a total dick, ambiguously Jewish heritage... does Joan Rowling owe me royalties??? (Joke)
