I remember that scene from Tank. I watched it with my folks when I was a little girl. That scene kind of scared me. Daddy on occasion threatened to "take his belt to us" when we were kids. Fortunately it was never more than a threat. But after seeing that scene where Jennilee Harrison gets her bare butt spanked with the belt by the Sheriff... whew, that scene was all to real as far as I'm concerned. It looked and sounded like he was really whoopin her butt. If he was really hitting her, and it sounded like he was, I'd say, she really earned her money in that movie and whatever they paid her, wasn't enough.
