When I was sent to my room I wasn’t supposed to watch TV or play with toys or do anything fun, but there was never a specific expectation that I stand in the corner.

I can remember being sent to the corner at school, though.

I assume that when I was very young I was placed in time out but I honestly have no recollection of it.
