I always felt bad for my little brother no matter what.

In the case of my little sister it was more 50/50 because half the time she was being spanked bare bottom publicly because of some cruel thing she had done to me and/or my kid brother. It felt like justice not only getting to watch her take a bare ass spanking to the point of tears, but also getting to see between her legs which was as much of a punishment for her as the actual spanking itself.

To be honest even the spankings she took for stuff that had no effect on me came with a dose of schadenfreude on my part. Me and her never got along.
