Not exactly a walmart but a mall. My brother and me were acting up. I was 10 he was 7. My mother took my brother to the family washroom near the food court to give him a spanking while my father took me to the family washroom in the maintenance hallway. Family bathrooms were a lot bigger then regular bathrooms. My father had me pull my pants down and bend over the baby change table and he took off his belt. I got about 6-8 solid hits with the belt. Of course i got it again when i got home.
