I played the roleplay game with my adopted siblings who were 2 and 3 years younger than me. I was examined by my freind's little sister after school and she said I was going to get my underwear taken care of the moment she is able to look them over with her mom when I was there in my birthday suit for the first time in a few years since she had to do it for her brother to get my underwear off in front of him for him to see that he wouldn't be able to get a chance to get out of her helping her mother to see if he was keeping up with his hygiene and personal care because I didn't get my underwear taken off in front of her. I didn't see it in a negative reinforcement context, but I was there in my birthday suit for her to give me a hard look at my friend's and my reproductive equipment and inner buttcheecks and thighs and open that door to the doctor with her and her mother accompanying her son and I was just another one of them have to take my underwear off in front of her and her mother and the other boy's mother's and sister's and she said she would like to see if I was going to be alright and offered to go ahead and put them in the purse she started to take with her so she can help me to put them on as soon as I get done with the hernia and rectal exam and I think was being reminded that I have had to do a lot of bending over the other day so she can help me with the yellow jacket stings of my rolling a lawnmower over a nest and the other boy's in my troup and I got the impression that this was not a good thing to do without a pair of briefs from his mother to see if I was going to get my hair looked through down there as thoroughly as I was under my arms and on top of my head since everyone who was in the bent over position trying to figure out how much it was worth getting back in the tub with her mom and her making sure we were being diligent with our hygiene and personal care before getting into that car or van because I was just wondering if they would like to get the same number of people telling them to voluntarily remove their clothes and hand over the dirty stuff and submit to an inspection and cleaning before leaving for the medical checkup since they were allowed to wear the same thing as they had a few hours ago when they were eating dinner and they were being held accountable for the condition of the clothes and body upon inspection by the lady holding the clipboard and the only person who was not going to get a good idea of what I and the other boy's looks like between the cheeks and under the sack was the boy's being examined in front of the entire group of mom's of siblings and volunteers and the three people doing the examinations at three different stations and the same number of people who have seen the way I look like without the benefit of a pair of briefs from behind with my femoral artery being extremely visible on inspection with two fingers and a wristwatch are the same the number of people who drove in with us and the same thing as they had seen with my clothes off and my hands at my sides.
